Workshop sobre Medidas para el Aseguramiento de Calidad y el Control de la Calidad (QA-QC) en los Laboratorios de Análisis de Alimentos, a desarrollarse el día 5 de Mayo de 2019 en el Rafain Palace Hotel & Convention Center, en Foz de Iguazú - Brasil
El propósito del evento es brindar perfeccionamiento sobre conceptos clave de calidad de los análisis químicos de contaminantes en los alimentos y fortalecer la capacidad analítica de los Estados Miembros en la región de América Latina y el Caribe. El taller se realizará en inglés y español. El programa incluye:
Análisis de contaminantes en alimentos y alternativas de preparación de muestras
Medidas de aseguramiento de calidad/control de calidad para el desarrollo de métodos analíticos
Cromatografía de gases-espectrometría de masa en tándem, cromatografía líquida-espectrometría de masa en tandem, instrumentación de espectrometría de masa de alta resolución y masa exacta
Directrices/regulaciones internacionales vigentes para la protección del consumidor y el comercio internacional
