The vendor will have 40 minutes at lunch hours and 25 minutes at coffee time to provide information about their products or advances in technological innovations ONLY ONE 40 MIN LECTURE STILL AVAILABLE

The setting of the room includes projection equipment and audio presentation. If you need extra equipment, please communicate it in advance to the organization. The cost for additional equipment should be covered by the company

The name of the talk should be indicated to the organization not later that February 2019

The company must submit to the Organizing Committee a summary of the talk as an abstract, together with the registration process

The space will be reserved when payment is made

The days of talks will be fixed by agreement between the organization and the company according to the programme of activities
